About the position

The Portfolio Oversight and Management Support role at Barings involves supporting the Structured Credit team within the Global Public Portfolio Services. The position requires full ownership of CLO funds and separately managed accounts, ensuring accurate reconciliation of NAVs, transactions, and performance metrics. The candidate will also maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to operational improvements, and prepare relevant portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support Portfolio Oversight and Fund Accounting processes for CLO funds and separately managed accounts.
• Reconcile NAVs, transactions, valuations, and performance fee calculations on a monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and external third parties.
• Prepare relevant portfolio reporting as required.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Assist with system implementation and testing as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of Fund Accounting/Portfolio Administration experience.
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Previous experience with the Aladdin tool is a benefit; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented.
