About the position

The Senior Associate, Product Management role at Capital One focuses on enhancing travel booking experiences within the Capital One Travel portal. Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the near-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes.
• Develop and communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders and partner teams.
• Dream up and deliver on new travel features and experiences for Capital One Travel.
• Obsess over NPS, CSAT, and customer feedback to prioritize new features and enhancements.
• Partner closely with Design to conduct customer discovery and research to inform the product roadmap.
• Create clear business cases and product intent for customer experience enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of product management experience or related fields such as product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile product management.
