As a Senior Associate Product Manager in the Commerce Payments organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experiences and simplifying digital payments. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about leveraging the latest technology to solve complex problems and deliver innovative payment experiences. The Commerce Payments organization is a team of highly talented product leaders focused on transforming customer experiences and driving product excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a seamless payment experience for customers across the Chase digital payment and commerce platforms, impacting up to 60 million customers. Your responsibilities will encompass the full product development lifecycle, from defining product features to shipping the final product. You will partner closely with Technology, Design, and Analytics teams to lead product development efforts, ensuring that all requirements are clearly communicated to engineering through well-documented specifications. Collaboration with developers and testers will be crucial to ensure that functional designs are accurately translated into working technical designs, test plans, and scripts. You will also conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and quality assurance, to certify that the product is production-ready. In addition to product development, you will manage the product backlog, oversee production support, and prioritize issue and defect resolution. Your role will require you to work closely with cross-functional partners to maintain a strong risk and controls environment, collaborating with teams in Risk, Controls, Legal, and Compliance to ensure that all aspects of the product meet regulatory and internal standards.
