About the position

The Senior Associate, Product Manager - Operations at Velocity Black is responsible for enhancing and growing the luxury concierge offering through collaboration with various stakeholders. This role focuses on optimizing internal operations, refining workflows, and delivering innovative customer experiences by leveraging technology and data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance Velocity Black's luxury concierge offering.
• Refine and deliver new and improved concierge operations workflows and automations in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Prioritize the product roadmap to balance multiple priorities and drive value for the luxury concierge business.
• Shape the product development roadmap for new launches and features.
• Work with a collaborative team to create innovative concierge operational experiences.
• Communicate and facilitate with operations, product, and business partners to ensure product alignment with their needs.
• Understand user and stakeholder needs to inform prioritization and trade-off discussions.
• Define, socialize, and monitor key performance indicators to track project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of product management experience or experience in product design, agile delivery, or business analysis.
• Strong track record of owning and developing a product while working closely with risk and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL to build data-backed strategies and troubleshoot issues.
• Comfortable with internal-facing products and willing to challenge the norm.
• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the product, including identifying bugs and leveraging opportunities.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• MBA or Master's degree.
• 3+ years of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience in internal operations agent-facing products in a technical or strategic role.
• Experience working with and building high-end luxury products.
