About the position

The Senior Associate, Product Manager for Payment Platforms at Capital One is responsible for leading the development and execution of key capabilities within the payment ecosystem. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences related to financial transactions, such as cash deposits and money transfers. The product manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding efforts for client teams utilizing payment services.
• Manage the product backlog, including refinement, prioritization, and execution of the team's work.
• Collaborate with other product managers to align on shared dependencies and coordinate projects across multiple lines of business.
• Drive the bank's omni-channel servicing portfolio and deliver an experience framework for customer interactions.
• Engage with customers, associates, designers, technologists, and data scientists to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences.
• At least 2 years of experience working on core product platforms that power digital experiences.
• At least 2 years of digital industry experience for consumers.
• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

Nice-to-haves

• At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process.
• MBA.
