Senior Associate, Product Strategy & Operations, Platform Innovation

About the position

The role is part of the Platform Innovation team at DoorDash, focusing on the strategy, launch, and scaling of the company's white-label restaurants business. The position involves leading the discovery and rollout of key product features and releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, discovery, and rollout of key product features/releases.
• Directly influence product success by ensuring smooth operations and enhancing customer experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, sales, and customer support across the organization.
• Utilize data and insights to optimize product performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement processes that enhance the efficiency of product rollout.
• Solve complex problems related to product development, launch, and delivery.
• Gain a deep understanding of product strategy and contribute to market delivery.
• Work directly with merchants to collect product feedback and test impact.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in startup/restaurant tech/software strategy & operations, product management, or banking/consulting.
• Experience in building strategy based on industry research and user needs.
• Strong execution skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working closely with technical products.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google products and SQL.
