Responsibilities

• Ensure requests are executed or questions resolved, including coordination with required operations.
• Utilize problem-solving skills and communication skills to deliver high-quality service to clients, escalating non-routine or complex issues as needed.
• Keep abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments in relevant operations groups by attending group meetings and trainings.
• Participate in consistent processes, tools, and platforms to manage calls and cases.
• Engage in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
