About the position

The Senior Associate, Research Analyst role at BNY is designed for individuals who will work closely with external clients to address inquiries and resolve issues that require specialized knowledge and skills. This position is part of the Wealth Solutions team and is hybrid, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work. The role emphasizes high-quality client service, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities, while also participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring requests are executed or questions resolved, including coordination with required operations.
• Applying problem-solving skills and using communication skills to deliver high-quality service to clients, escalating non-routine or complex issues as needed.
• Keeping abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments in relevant operations groups by attending group meetings and trainings.
• Participating in consistent processes, tools, and platforms to manage calls and cases.
• Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
