About the position

The Senior Associate, Research Analyst position at BNY Mellon is a key role within the Wealth Solutions team, focusing on providing high-quality service to external clients. This hybrid position requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to effectively resolve client inquiries and issues, while also participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring requests are executed or questions resolved, including coordination with required operations.
• Applying problem-solving skills and using communication skills to deliver high-quality service to clients and escalating non-routine or complex issues as needed.
• Keeping abreast of key contacts, processes, and business developments in relevant operations groups by attending group meetings and trainings, and understanding changes to processes.
• Participating in consistent processes, tools, and platforms to manage calls and cases.
• Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
