About the position

The Social Media Senior Associate at Success Academy is responsible for managing the organization's social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance across various platforms. This role collaborates with the Creative Agency and other teams to enhance brand awareness and support marketing efforts, particularly in scholar and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for social media, and the ability to analyze data to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain social media calendar, draft, and publish copy and content across social media channels (IG, FB, X (Twitter), TT, LI).
• Engage with social media audiences as part of community management and outbound engagement.
• Ideate and develop social media content for multiple channels to increase brand awareness.
• Support school social media managers and manage their outcomes and deliverables.
• Partner with the Marketing team to support paid efforts on platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ongoing social support.
• Leverage paid media reporting alongside organic data to guide optimizations.
• Analyze and report social metrics to optimize social strategy and inform stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Organic Social Media experience.
• A minimum of one year Paid Media Experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Facebook Business Manager and Brandwatch.
• Experience with social ad platforms (ex: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Manager, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, managing multiple accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in content creation and editing software.
