Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential investment opportunities aligned with the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to support investment strategies.
  • Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential acquisitions, ensuring alignment with the firm's investment thesis.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and investment committees.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and structuring deals with sellers, brokers, and partners, upholding the firm's high standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with legal and financial advisors to facilitate transaction closings efficiently.
  • Monitor performance of the portfolio properties, analyzing financial performance against projections to ensure value creation.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to implement value-enhancing strategies that reflect the firm's commitment to excellence.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and updates for internal stakeholders and investors, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with all parties involved in transactions and asset management.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the sale or recapitalization of assets, maximizing returns for investors.
  • Analyze market conditions and identify optimal timing for asset disposition, aligning with the firm's investment objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis (Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., Argus, CoStar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
