The Emancipator is seeking a Senior Audience Engagement Editor who will play a pivotal role in fostering loyalty, engagement, and affinity towards the publication. The Senior Audience Engagement Editor will manage the social media producer and lead the social strategy, ensuring that the publication's voice is consistent and engaging across all platforms. The Emancipator, a digital magazine housed within the Center for Antiracist Research, aims to reimagine the first abolitionist newspapers in the United States. The publication centers critical voices and debates to reframe the national conversation on racial equity and promote racially just outcomes.
