Responsibilities

• Leads and executes process understandings, identifying key risks and controls.
• Designs test plans and executes testing while documenting the process.
• Ensures audit testing adheres to BAC Audit methodology and IIA standards.
• Manages and monitors audit issue validation while balancing audit assignments.
• Stays updated on regulatory developments and contributes to the calibration of the audit plan.

Requirements

• Greater than 2 years experience in a related role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.

Nice-to-haves

• CPA, CIA, CISA or similar certifications.
• Specific subject matter expertise in audit and the financial services industry.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to learn complex subject matter and understand regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of executing multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor junior team members.
• Big 4 background, including in external audit or consulting.
• Experience in evaluating workflows, systems, and data mining.
• Experience with SEC Financial Reporting (10Q/K).
