This job is responsible for performing test work during moderately complex audit activities for Lines of Business (LOBs), Third/Fourth Party Risk, Global Human Resources, Chief Administrative Offices, and Legal. Key responsibilities include designing and executing audit tests to evaluate the control environment and assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings under the supervision of senior team members. Candidates will directly work with the Audit lead overseeing the Audit work. The Candidate will be responsible for audit testing of key areas and activities across the LOBs noted above. This includes evaluation of governance, interpretation of various regulatory requirements, controls supporting complete, accurate, and timely execution of key controls, and performing substantive end-to-end testing of in-scope processes. Team members should have the ability to perform high-quality, risk-focused fieldwork, in accordance with Corporate Audit methodologies and standards to identify meaningful issues, risks, and other exposures in the Company being audited. The Candidate will create and maintain accurate and clear work documents and is expected to complete tasks efficiently (on time and accurately). Also, they will engage in relevant training regarding audit, businesses, financial controls, regulations, or a particular specialty. Candidates are expected to work independently but maintain ongoing communication and provide periodic updates to Audit leadership.
