Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver to test web-based applications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases, build test plans, and conduct automated tests for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Develop and improve reusable automation frameworks, libraries, and tools to improve testing efficiency.
- Integrate test scripts into the CI/CD pipeline for automated test execution and reporting.
- Identify, document, and report issues/bugs found during automation testing, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other collaborators to ensure test coverage and accurate defect reporting.
- Build and manage test data for automated tests, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Maintain detailed documentation on automation test scripts, procedures, and results for future reference.
Requirements
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Experience with version control systems Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Proficiency in web automation and browser compatibility testing.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Jenkins, Maven, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based testing solutions (e.g., Sauce Labs, Browser-Stack) is a plus.
