Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using tools like Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid with BDD approach
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, and execute tests to ensure product quality
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment
- Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Kafka
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure
- Strong understanding of SQL and Cosmos databases
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps)
- Experience with API testing, web services testing, and Kafka framework
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, gray-box)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with security testing tools and techniques
- Experience with performance testing tools and techniques
