About the position
The Senior AWS Cloud Developer role is designed for an experienced professional with over 12 years of expertise in developing, managing, and optimizing cloud-native applications on AWS. The position focuses on real-time data processing and integration, utilizing AWS services to build scalable and robust data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in serverless architecture, cloud data engineering, and CI/CD practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable cloud-native applications on AWS, leveraging serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).
- Design and implement real-time data processing solutions using AWS services, such as Kinesis and Kafka, to manage data flow.
- Perform data integration, transformation, and processing tasks using AWS Glue, Athena, and other AWS tools.
- Oversee AWS cloud development, including configuring API Gateway, S3, and other AWS services for efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Apply CI/CD practices and tools to streamline deployment and updates for data pipelines and cloud-native components.
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and data transfer processes across AWS services for real-time applications.
Requirements
- Over 12 years of experience in cloud development, specifically with AWS.
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming languages.
- Strong expertise in serverless architecture and cloud data engineering.
