About the position

The Senior Azure Cloud Engineer will lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions using the Azure Platform. This role requires strong technical skills in GITHUB, Azure, and Docker, with a focus on integration and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multi-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and ensure compliance with industry standards while contributing to continuous improvement in development processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions using Azure Platform.
• Be responsible for the integration and deployment processes using Docker to ensure seamless operations.
• Share a point of view in GITHUB for version control and collaborative development.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define and achieve project goals.
• Ensure that architectural solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and maintain user documentation for architecture and design decisions.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on standard methodologies.
• Fix and resolve sophisticated technical issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Supply to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Possess strong technical skills in GITHUB, Azure Platform, and Docker.
• Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
• Show proficiency in version control and collaborative development using GITHUB.
• Have a good understanding of containerization and deployment processes with Docker.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex issues.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the Payer domain is a plus.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Strong documentation skills for technical architecture and design decisions.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility for remote and on-site work.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
