The Senior Azure Cloud Solutions Engineer (Pre Sales) at DYOPATH is a remote role focused on providing expert guidance and solutions in Azure cloud platforms. This position involves collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, designing tailored cloud solutions, and leading technical discussions to ensure successful implementation. The role emphasizes a strong understanding of Azure, along with experience in AWS and GCP, to deliver strategic IT solutions that enhance client operations and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with sales teams to design customized cloud solutions based on client requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Assist in the development of technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams and cost estimates.
• Act as the technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales phase.
• Lead and manage Proof of Concept (PoC) projects to demonstrate solution capabilities.
• Work closely with product development and engineering teams to stay updated on Azure product features.
• Provide training and support to internal sales teams on cloud technologies and best practices.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role focusing on Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Azure with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Deep understanding of Azure architecture, networking, security, and automation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 applications, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Intune.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
