About the position
The Senior Backend Software Developer at Myticas LLC is responsible for managing data interchange between servers and users, translating technical specifications into functional applications, and troubleshooting technical issues during software operation. This role requires extensive experience in Java and related technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage the interchange of data between server and users.
- Translate technical specifications into functional, tested applications.
- Develop programming specifications, write/generate code, and maintain code.
- Conduct unit tests and troubleshoot technical issues during software operation.
- Provide support for implementation and conversion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Java development (Java Enterprise Edition, Spring, Spring Boot).
- 5+ years of experience with Node/NPM and RXJS.
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle 12C and DB SQL (tables, views, procedures).
- Proficiency in structured methodologies for application development, design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Experience in application design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Internet-ready application programming and rapid application development (RAD).
- Knowledge of Information Management principles.
- Familiarity with middleware, gateways, and accessibility standards (AODA).
- Experience with security gateways and protocols (JWT, OAuth2.0, SSL).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
