About the position

As part of the TikTok Shop engineering team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of supply chain and logistics algorithm capabilities. This role involves developing online services that handle millions of queries per second (QPS) and creating computing links for video content understanding. Responsibilities

• Responsible for TikTok Shop Logistics algorithm online services and data processing link infrastructure work.
• Provide high-performance, high-availability, and flexible architecture design based on complex business needs.
• Solve engineering problems throughout the entire R&D and production process to ensure service stability and improve R&D efficiency.
• Abstract and refine general business architecture to enhance component reuse and support rapid business iteration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience developing highly scalable backend services and systems using at least one of Java, Golang, Python, or C++. Qualified fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Familiarity with mainstream key-value stores (Redis/MongoDB), ElasticSearch, and vector retrieval architecture.
• Experience with common components such as message queues and rule engines, and familiarity with big data computing tools like Hive, HDFS, and HBase.
• Experience in multi-threading, high-performance design, coding, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of commonly used machine learning principles and the workflow of algorithm engineers, with experience in model engineering tuning preferred.
• Excellent problem disassembly and analysis skills, along with cross-team communication and coordination skills preferred.
