About the position

The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst role is designed to drive data insights and support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze and interpret data, ensuring that BI initiatives align with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in BI and analytics, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Develop and optimize dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Manage and enhance data warehouse performance, leveraging platforms such as Snowflake and SQL for complex querying, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Provide in-depth analysis, data reconfiguration, and support for data-driven strategies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Ensure BI initiatives comply with data privacy and security standards, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Contribute to the BI team by building a customer-focused approach and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience in BI and data analysis, including dashboard development and complex data visualizations.
• Proficiency with SQL, with advanced skills in querying, optimization, and data management.
• Strong expertise in Tableau (or similar visualization tool); experience with Snowflake or other RDBMS platforms preferred.
• Ability to communicate data insights effectively, with experience presenting to stakeholders across departments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
