Responsibilities

  • Design and build data pipelines, models, dashboards, and reports to support critical decision-making.
  • Ensure the performance, availability, and reliability of BI solutions, delivering a seamless user experience.
  • Lead discussions with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot complex data discrepancies and performance issues, sharing knowledge with others.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, liaising with technical teams for system integration.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of BI experience developing data pipelines/ETLs, and building reports and dashboards.
  • Proven experience designing, developing, overseeing, and optimizing enterprise-scale data architectures and ETL workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in designing and implementing complex reports, dashboards, and analytics environments.
  • Ability to lead discussions with stakeholders and present data-driven insights confidently.
  • Proven track record of owning major initiatives from conception to completion with minimal oversight.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/IS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics platforms in Databricks, Azure, data lakes, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Proficiency in using Power BI, DAX and/or MDX expressions for complex data modeling and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
