About the position

The Senior Bid Manager/RFP Content Writer at Worldpay is responsible for producing high-quality proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospective and existing clients. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to respond to complex RFPs, ensuring that all content aligns with Worldpay's brand and guidelines. The position requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce professionally written proposals that articulate Worldpay's value proposition.
• Tailor responses to meet the needs of prospective and existing clients while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Consultants, and other stakeholders to develop winning proposals.
• Manage and improve bid processes and procedures within the team.
• Work on complex and strategic RFPs under pressure and tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Professional level of written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
• At least three years of experience in developing successful proposals for corporate and/or public sector clients.
• Familiarity with large corporate tenders and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking about Worldpay's mission, values, products, and roadmap.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in languages other than English.
• Experience with QVidian or similar bid platforms.
• APMP or other relevant bid project management qualification.
• Copywriting diploma or certificate.
• Project management experience.
