About the position

The Influencer Marketing Manager will lead the company's influencer marketing initiatives, focusing on building relationships with influencers across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive app downloads. This role is crucial for developing and executing influencer-driven campaigns that resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice.
  • Collaborate with influencers to produce high-quality content that drives brand awareness and conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, monitoring key metrics such as engagement, downloads, and ROI.
  • Continuously research and identify emerging influencers and content trends to keep the brand competitive.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets, negotiating contracts and compensation with influencers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer culture.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.

  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns in industries such as sneaker, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
