About the position

The Senior Blockchain Gambling Engineer and Compliance and Regulatory Officer at OleOle will play a crucial role in developing a blockchain-based gambling platform integrated with a social network for football enthusiasts. This position combines technical blockchain development with compliance oversight, ensuring that the platform adheres to gambling regulations and cryptocurrency laws while providing a secure and efficient user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts on blockchain platforms.
• Integrate cryptocurrency wallets and manage secure crypto payments on the platform.
• Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to gambling laws and cryptocurrency regulations.
• Review and draft contracts with vendors and payment processors to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assess regulatory risks and develop internal compliance policies for the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, particularly in cryptocurrency payment systems or gambling platforms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, or Go.
• Strong understanding of global gambling regulations and cryptocurrency laws, including AML and KYC rules.
• Experience in obtaining and maintaining gambling licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

• Industry certifications in blockchain development or compliance (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer, CAMS).
