About the position

Intuit's Brand and Transformation team is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to enhance and extend the company's visual identity across various channels. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders and external agencies to create impactful brand designs that resonate with customers and employees. The designer will lead projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with Intuit's brand vision and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategic visual thinking and design skills to deliver end-to-end brand creative visual solutions.
• Lead design buildout from project beginning to delivery, including research, concept refinement, and production delivery.
• Utilize industry design standards and best practices to define and implement criteria, guidelines, and specs.
• Act as a creative leader, sharing inspiration and mentoring junior creatives.
• Collaborate effectively with team designers, researchers, and project stakeholders.
• Prioritize work and multi-task effectively, managing bandwidth and escalating constraints as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and extending brand visual identities.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of brand design areas including typography, color theory, and logo design.
• Intimate knowledge of design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of production best practices for print, motion, and digital output.
• BA degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI tools like Midjourney/Dalle.
• Working knowledge of photo/video art direction.
