About the position

The Senior Brand Manager for Oscar Mayer Cold Cuts at Kraft Heinz will be responsible for developing and executing annual and long-term brand strategies and financial operating plans. Responsibilities

• Deliver annual and long-term brand strategy and financial operating plan for Oscar Mayer Cold Cuts.
• Coach and develop a team of 2 direct reports.
• Leverage consumption and business analytics to inform action plans that drive key business targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams across finance, sales, R&D, operations, and marketing initiatives.
• Oversee tactical execution of budget, demand forecasting, and commercialization efforts.
• Manage senior leader discussions during monthly business reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Strong strategic leadership and drive for results.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in marketing plan development and tactical plan execution.
• Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver on timelines.
