About the position
The Senior Brand Manager at Black & Veatch is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of the global brand framework to enhance brand equity and awareness in target markets. This role involves strategic planning for branding campaigns, managing communications, and making marketing program decisions that align with the company's goals. The position requires extensive expertise in marketing, communications, and branding, with a focus on achieving measurable results and fostering a consistent brand image across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Leads design, development, and implementation strategy of the global brand framework.
- Develops and implements strategic plans to promote and increase brand identity.
- Establishes systems and processes for tracking, measuring, evaluating, and reporting results.
- Provides quarterly and annual reports on activities and progress.
- Develops, communicates, and implements brand guidelines for uniform brand usage.
- Conducts long-term planning of complex branding campaigns.
- Manages trademark strategy and monitoring filings.
- Applies expert communications knowledge to company communication mediums.
- Forecasts future internal and external communication needs.
- Assigns projects to internal/external resources and tracks progress.
- Makes marketing program decisions and forecasts marketing needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- 9+ years related experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree or relevant experience preferred.
- At least 10+ years of agency and/or B2B experience preferred.
- Experience communicating and presenting strategy to high-level executives.
