About the position

Prime Video (PV) is a unique entertainment brand that connects the world's best creators with passionate communities. It serves as a hub for critically-acclaimed original programming, including popular TV series and movies, while offering a multi-dimensional experience that allows subscribers to engage deeply with their favorite content. The Prime Video Store (TVOD) provides access to over 100,000 movies and television shows available for rent or purchase on demand. We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager who is customer-obsessed and experienced in implementing and adapting global brand strategies specifically for the US TVOD market. This role will involve close collaboration with our LA-based global brand organization and sharing best practices with our global TVOD teams. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns for the US TVOD offering, as well as leading strategic initiatives that integrate TVOD into the broader Prime Video brand strategy. This includes promoting early access theatrical release content, a broad catalog section, and exclusive promotions within TVOD. The successful candidate will deliver innovative marketing campaigns that delight customers and drive brand KPIs, while also working closely with PR to support brand building efforts. Additionally, this role will oversee all creative, design, and copy for TVOD brand marketing campaigns, both offsite and on Amazon's owned and operated platforms. We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of mobilizing cross-functional teams and delivering results through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to propose and execute new ideas with minimal direction. This position will challenge you to push boundaries and establish best practices for TVOD brand marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Build partner engagement model that bridges global PV Brand strategy with TVOD specific brand and marketing opportunities
  • Partner with PV Marketing to build an annual brand communication calendar and align on key audiences
  • Develop campaign briefs for our media, creative, social and PR partners and act as central point of contact with both internal and agency partners
  • Own a paid media budget for upper-funnel campaigns proving effectiveness and efficiency
  • Partner with TVOD studios and central creative to secure and finalize brand creative assets
  • Support delivery of external sponsorships and internal cross-marketing tactics that deliver against awareness goals, inclusive of pre-evaluation, delivery and post-evaluation
  • Optimize spend to achieve business goals

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
