About the position

As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Kellanova, you will lead the innovation pipeline for key product categories, focusing on identifying and executing new product opportunities. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive consumer insight-led innovation and manage the entire innovation process from conception to market launch. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and contribute to the overall vision of the brand.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Commercial acumen with the ability to generate valuable insights and ideas.
  • Substantial experience in product development, including white space identification and commercialization.
