About the position

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Priceline is responsible for creating culturally-resonant and breakthrough creative strategies to enhance brand equity and drive customer growth. This role involves developing go-to-market advertising strategies and executing cross-channel campaigns while collaborating with various teams to effectively bring the brand to life. The position requires a strong communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for travel and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities

• Architect Priceline's creative platform and campaign strategy
• Champion, produce and execute cross-functional expression of creative platform across TV/Video, Audio, Social (Paid & Organic) and Influencer activities
• Lead creative AOR + social agencies from initial briefing through production, execution and optimization
• Inform other marketing tactics with creative direction and campaign messaging
• Partner with Brand Strategy lead in assessing brand health and impact of advertising efforts
• Partner with Brand Media lead in bringing breakthrough creativity to media solutions
• Collaborate with PR lead to generate buzz-building ideas
• Build business cases for testing into new channels
• Manage budget for brand and awareness efforts
• Keep ongoing pulse on cultural trends, consumer behavior, and the travel industry

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in brand marketing and advertising
• Experience with creative development, agency management, and campaign production
• Manage paid media campaigns for various channels
• Experience in partner/vendor management
• Proactive leader thriving in independent environments
• Energetic and collaborative with strong creative acumen
• Excellent leadership and team building/management skills
• Natural curiosity and interest in cultural trends and consumer behaviors
• Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline
