Tonal is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to elevate our brand's presence in the premium fitness space. This role is crucial in driving our brand strategy, overseeing high-profile events, identifying, developing, and managing brand integrations, and cultivating strategic partnerships that raise the profile of Tonal in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing a luxury brand and a proven track record in executing impactful marketing initiatives that build cultural relevance within a chosen audience. In this position, you will develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies that strengthen and enhance our brand positioning. You will collaborate with senior leadership to align brand strategies with business goals and market trends. Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior will be essential to inform strategic decisions. You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of high-impact marketing events and campaigns, overseeing the creative development and production of campaign assets to ensure they align with brand identity and objectives. Coordinating cross-functional teams will be necessary to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns, from conception to post-event analysis. Additionally, you will drive strategic creative brand integrations across various platforms and media to enhance brand visibility and resonance. Identifying and negotiating partnerships that keep the brand relevant and top-of-mind in culture will be a key responsibility, as well as working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful brand experiences. Tracking and analyzing the performance of brand initiatives, events, and campaigns using key metrics and KPIs will be part of your role. You will provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and activities.
