About the position

As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), you will help to build our brand narrative and fan-focused storytelling. This role will lead and champion creative concepts aligned to the strategic direction and priorities of FBG. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will play a key role cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered on time with a key focus on team collaboration and execution. This role will be based Hybrid out of our Denver and/or New York offices.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for the media team, overseeing the delivery of advertising materials while ensuring strong alignment with campaign initiatives and timelines.
  • Lead cross-functional campaign planning for all brand-related campaigns.
  • Maintain strong alignment with performance media stakeholders to ensure campaign deliverables meet both strategic planning objectives and creative standards.
  • Collaborate with diverse company creative teams as we audit, explore, and refine FBG's visual look and feel digitally and physically.
  • Brand management of email lifecycle creative executions.
  • Manage creative development of all brand design, advertising and marketing communications, starting with a best in class core idea.
  • Ensure consistent brand execution across marketing channels, including events, billboards, and social campaigns.
  • Enforce brand guidelines and appropriate use of the FBG brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • 7 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing or related creative field.
  • Strong communication skills (storytelling, messaging, & brand guidelines copy).
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where priorities evolve regularly and decisions are made quickly.
  • Team-first mentality, with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done and a desire to strive for better.
  • Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally within FBG and the larger Fanatics organization.
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings.
