About the position

The Senior Business Account Executive in Direct Sales at Comcast is responsible for selling Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses. This role focuses on advanced communications solutions and requires creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations. The executive will work to exceed financial and unit targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and developing local business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
  • Develop territory through local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling and customer referrals.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance communication for prospects.
  • Manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
  • Team with technical and customer service staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly quota performance.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or a related field.

Benefits

  • Base Pay: $60,000.00
  • Total Target Compensation: $110,000.00 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission)
