Responsibilities

  • Develop local business partnerships and enhance Comcast's brand positioning.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast experience.
  • Acquire new sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling and referrals.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI and Hosted PBX.
  • Identify areas for improvement in clients' communication processes.
  • Manage a territory with a comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet sales quotas.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to company standards and maintain professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience.
