About the position

The Senior Business Account Executive, SMB Direct Sales (Outside Sales) at Comcast is responsible for expanding territories and driving sales of innovative products and solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. This role involves acquiring and managing a diverse range of commercial customers, focusing on advanced communications solutions, and delivering face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate product knowledge. The position aims to exceed financial and unit targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal solutions for customers.
• Develop local business partnerships and enhance Comcast's positioning and brand.
• Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
• Generate new leads through prospecting activities, including cold calling and customer referrals.
• Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance communication for prospects.
• Effectively manage a territory with a comprehensive business plan.
• Team with technical and customer service staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and be resilient in a fast-paced environment
• Technical knowledge of advanced communications solutions
