About the position

The Sales Representative at Comcast is responsible for selling Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-sized businesses, with a focus on advanced communications solutions. This role involves creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations, promoting bundled products, and exceeding sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. The representative will also develop local business partnerships and stay informed about competitive landscapes and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
  • Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure optimal customer solutions.
  • Exceed departmental financial and unit targets.
  • Develop local business partnerships and enhance Comcast's brand positioning.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast experience.
  • Generate new leads through prospecting activities including cold calling and referrals.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process to enhance communication for prospects.
  • Manage a defined territory with a comprehensive business plan.
  • Team with technical and customer service staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly quota performance.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience

  • Total Target Compensation: $110,000.00
