Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis tasks using iterative delivery approaches.
• Drive product scope, business analysis, and case development.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and leadership in an Agile environment.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories for development teams.
• Manage a story backlog to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
• Facilitate agile rituals such as inception, iteration, and story kickoff.
• Analyze data to ensure features align with product goals and deliver business value.
• Create clear and actionable acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Work with UX analysts to ensure prototypes convey story intent.
• Collaborate with Dev and QA teams to understand story boundaries.
• Contribute to the overall definition of strategy and scope with business partners.
• Identify opportunities for improvement across product, process, and team.
• Mentor other analysts in the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of Ecommerce experience.
• Ability to understand, communicate, and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills and ability to define business cases.
• Ability to translate data and information into meaningful insights.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding broad principles of airline management and eCommerce.
• 1-2 years of Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with competitive analysis.
• Experience with data analytics platforms.
