About the position

As a Senior Business Analyst on the Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) Strategy team at Capital One, you will leverage your strategic and analytical skills to address significant company challenges. This role involves collaborating with top professionals to develop and test strategies that impact the bottom line, particularly through platforms like the Capital One mobile app. You will work closely with executives to create innovative strategies that span the entire product lifecycle, making it essential for candidates to have a blend of consulting experience and product management familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Help build strategies supporting the ECP leadership team and influencing platform development.
• Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement through analysis and make strategic recommendations.
• Perform modeling and analytics to assist in developing product strategies for various platforms.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Capital One, including Product, Tech, and Design, to enhance quality, volume, service, and profitability.
• Utilize a strong quantitative orientation to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Demonstrate strong business judgment and leadership in decision-making processes.
• Communicate effectively, using written and oral skills to influence and drive agreement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year of experience in analysis

• Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, or Statistics
• 1+ years of experience in consulting
