About the position

The Senior Business Analyst at Macquarie Asset Management will play a crucial role in supporting enhancements across the Equities line of business. This position focuses on driving efficiency, reducing expenses, and enhancing customer experience through modernization of processes and technology. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to define, document, and implement improvements, ensuring that business and technical requirements are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Equities stakeholders and peers across Operations, Data, and Tech to define and document enhancements.
• Translate the go-forward vision by documenting requirements through current-and-future state process maps & flows.
• Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Document both Business and Technical requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Challenge stakeholders to ensure proper solutions are deployed based on business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience using SQL.
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative style.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience operating within an Agile framework in a large global, matrixed organization.
