The Senior Business Analyst for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O across the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, a deep understanding of financial and operational processes, and proficiency with Dynamics 365 F&O. This position requires a proactive approach to engage with stakeholders, document business processes, and propose efficient solutions that align with organizational goals. The analyst will be responsible for translating business needs into functional specifications and system design specifications, ensuring that the solutions developed meet the requirements of the business. In addition to business analysis, the Senior Business Analyst will collaborate closely with IT and business teams to design and implement Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. This includes leading configuration, customization, and integration efforts to meet specific business requirements. The role also involves project management responsibilities, where the analyst will manage and lead projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations will be essential, as well as monitoring project progress and managing risks while communicating status updates to stakeholders. Quality assurance is another critical aspect of this role. The Senior Business Analyst will develop test plans and scripts, coordinate and perform testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolving any issues that arise during this phase will be part of the responsibilities. Furthermore, the analyst will develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O users, acting as a liaison between end-users and technical teams. Continuous improvement is a key focus for this position. The Senior Business Analyst will stay updated on Dynamics 365 F&O updates and industry trends, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and system functionalities. Recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations will be expected as part of the role, ensuring that the organization leverages the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 F&O to drive efficiency and effectiveness in its operations.
