About the position

The Senior Business Analyst for Network/Telecommunication is responsible for receiving, processing, and presenting data related to weekly Service Requests, specifically focusing on Infrastructure Service Requests. This role involves gathering business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings and consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete integrated projects across various Telecommunication services. The analyst will manage multiple projects based on agency assignments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with technical teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for all IT solutions and identify impacted business processes.
• Obtain and report business and technical requirements effectively.
• Facilitate review sessions to discuss project progress and requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work with multiple network platforms including WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Videoconferencing.
• Disseminate information effectively to all technical teams, customers, and technical managers.
• Understand and navigate a large and complex enterprise network environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
• Previous experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment is required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience dealing with customers is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Telecommunications environment is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working within a large Enterprise setting is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with multiple network platforms is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with multiple network lines of service is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Clarity is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with DevOps is preferred.
