About the position

The Senior Business Analyst - Product role is designed to enhance the Product Intake process for Business Development, Account Management, and Operations. This position aims to transition the Product team from a passive role to an active one, managing all product intakes and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role requires a blend of project management, business analysis, and product skills, with a focus on improving efficiency and transparency in the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Intake/Idea meetings with Business and Operations teams.
• Document the Intake results and action items.
• Attend and represent the Product needs to IT during estimation.
• Log all the Product Intakes on behalf of Business and Operations.
• Track the Product lifecycle from Intake to delivery.
• Assist in measuring the Intake outcomes.
• Facilitate prioritization meetings across all stakeholders (voting, cross collaboration, etc.).
• Provide full transparency on the priority across all Products.
• Manage relevant dashboards using Smartsheet and JIRA (including aging, priority, lifecycle, outcomes).
• Write User Stories and clearly articulate the Business and User needs.
• Document requirements and use cases clearly.
• Work with other Product BAs to log and track Product User Stories.

Requirements

• Experience in leading Intake/Idea meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills for Intake results and action items.
• Ability to represent Product needs in IT estimation meetings.
• Proficient in logging Product Intakes and tracking the Product lifecycle.
• Experience in measuring outcomes of product intakes.
• Ability to facilitate prioritization meetings and ensure stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in managing dashboards using Smartsheet and JIRA.
• Ability to write clear User Stories and articulate business/user needs effectively.
• Strong skills in documenting requirements and use cases.
