About the position

In this role at Atlassian, you will leverage insights and analytics to influence product decisions and drive the business direction as the company scales to 100 million users. You will act as a champion for customers, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to guide product development and ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires a blend of analytical skills, product management, and program management, focusing on data-driven decision-making and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

  • Champion customer needs and advocate for product improvements.
  • Analyze data to identify meaningful insights and drive product development.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to ensure successful adoption of changes by customers.
  • Develop and present influential business cases to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Software Developers to enact change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as an analyst in software development, service delivery, or customer support.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to map challenges to data.
  • Experience analyzing data, preferably using SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of developing initiatives and prioritizing issues using data.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders to drive change.
