About the position

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure that business objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Your ability to communicate complex information in a straightforward manner will be essential in facilitating discussions and driving project success. You will also be expected to utilize Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Visio, to support your analysis and documentation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis and technical writing, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering high-quality documentation and analysis. You will be expected to work independently while also being an integral part of a collaborative team environment. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will be key in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements
