About the position

The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in the Procurement 360 Program at a leading pharmaceutical company. This position focuses on enhancing the Supplier Onboarding and Data Management Process, as well as specifying requirements for Procurement Analytics Reporting. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure processes and analytics align with operational realities and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the Supplier Onboarding and Change Process by identifying common steps and variations to create a comprehensive end-to-end view.
• Align stakeholders to ensure the process reflects current practices and aligns with existing work instructions.
• Engage with users to gather insights and understand their reporting needs.
• Create detailed specifications for analytics that meet user requirements.
• Collaborate with the Technical Development Team to translate business specifications into technical requirements.
• Develop training materials to support the implementation of new processes and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience with Supplier and Procurement Data.
• Demonstrated skills in Business Process Mapping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or equivalent tools.
