About the position

The Senior Business Analyst at The Krusteaz Company plays a crucial role in evaluating and analyzing business activities on a medium to large scale. This position focuses on streamlining projects and programs while crafting solutions that align with the company's business needs. The role requires expertise in Human Resources, Payroll processes, and HRIS systems, emphasizing the application of industry best practices. The analyst will support various business areas within the food manufacturing sector, ensuring effective business analysis, application support, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, translate, and simplify requirements.
  • Identify and address business operational, financial, and technology risks.
  • Build relationships to establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analyze current business practices, processes, and systems to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring key deliverables are completed on time and meet business requirements.
  • Work with Business Partners to define and document business process and system requirements.
  • Participate in business planning, evaluation, and analysis of business risks and needs.
  • Lead user acceptance testing, including organizing sessions, creating test plans, and documenting results.
  • Interact with vendors providing consulting, training, and support for enterprise applications.
  • Maintain an understanding of the company's architectural ecosystem and future opportunities for efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in multiple projects, managing project scope and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.
  • Evaluate process workflows for opportunities and identify how information is processed across software systems.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide leadership to team members and peers, managing resources and driving issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or information systems or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business/system analysis and support.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with ERP applications/solutions preferred.
  • Experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll processes with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing processes and systems is preferred.
  • Strong written, oral, and facilitation skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data mapping, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ability to work on different levels of project complexity and support operational requests.

  • Advanced degree preferred.
