About the position

The Senior Business Applications Analyst at Welltower is a key role focused on collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic business objectives. This position requires expertise in managing projects, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The analyst will work in a high-demand environment, optimizing workflows and supporting system upgrades to align with the company's business strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and leverages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives
  • Works closely with AVP, Operations in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums
  • Prepares training environment and materials and schedules training sessions
  • Conducts routine audits to ensure users are provisioned in alignment with Welltower's segregation of duties and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance
  • Provides support related to workflow optimization and system upgrades
  • Provides service consistent with Welltower's core values

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience working in real estate, finance, or technology
  • 3+ years' experience with Yardi Systems, preferably with a focus on property accounting
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, real estate, computer science, or related field
  • Ability to manage portfolios of work
  • Solid understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach others
  • Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skills
  • Effective documentation and reporting skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred experience with Yardi products/modules: Voyager, Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Fixed Assets, Commercial Management, Investment Accounting, Job Cost, Facility Manager, RentCafé Suite, Construction Manager, Utility Manager, Pulse Insights, Deal Manager, Loan and Debt Manager, Forecast Manager, Document Manager
  • Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
