In the role of Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for meeting with customers, facilitating new business opportunities, and developing and executing capture strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing market assessments, monitoring market activity, identifying customer needs, and assisting in new product development planning activities. You will assess program opportunities against target markets, core proficiencies, revenue potential, company capabilities, and projected business forecasts. This position requires a strong understanding of the NC3 (Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications) weapon system and its dependencies, as well as knowledge of NC3 customers within the USAF, USSTRATCOM, and DoD. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, serving as a prime integrator for innovative, high-performance systems. Our end-to-end C4ISR capabilities encompass design, integration, testing, certification, training, and logistics support, tailored to meet customer requirements while consistently exceeding expectations.
